FixMyToys has moved into its new headquarters and distribution center in Romeo, Michigan: more than 100,000 square feet of warehouse space built for more inventory, stronger fulfillment, and a growing team.
What started in 2011 as a small e-commerce operation has grown into an online destination serving powersports riders and owners across the country. As we've grown, so have the needs of our customers. The new facility is designed around additional warehouse capacity, improved operational flow, and room for the people who make it run. More space. More inventory. Better fulfillment. And an even better FixMyToys experience.

Where we come from
A parts counter that got big
Ball Equipment opened in Sandusky, Michigan in 1944 and never left. The same family has run it since, growing it into a group of dealerships across Eastern and Mid Michigan with sales, service and a parts counter that knows the machines inside out.
FixMyToys grew out of that counter. It started in 2011 as a small e-commerce operation run by people who already knew the machines, the diagrams and the part numbers. Putting the whole catalog online, matched to the customer's exact machine, just meant more riders could get the right part the first time. Today FixMyToys ships genuine OEM parts, accessories, riding gear and apparel across the country from Romeo, Michigan, and the phone still rings through to people who ride.
