Price Match Policy

FixMyToys.com will price match an identical, in-stock, product at a lower price before or after a purchase with the following exceptions and guidelines in place:
Exceptions and guidelines
- We will only match purchases made on FixMyToys.com and not on marketplace orders – such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Google.
- We will not match prices listed on auction marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook, or sites that require a membership or subscription fee.
- Price will only be matched to competitor's price after shipping location is entered along with any applicable handling fees and taxes.
- Price matching will only be applied using a US-based retailer's website for the identical in-stock product (same brand, same color, same size, etc) within 14 days of purchase. A lower price must be active on the listing at time of price match, in cart prices will not be honored.
- Items priced less than $30 USD are not eligible to be price matched.
- Price match will only be given on up to four of the same items for the lower price.
- A price match will only be honored up to 50% off the original retail price of the item.
- Price match may not be combined with other offers such as sales, coupons, or discount codes.
- We do not price adjust for any items that are part of Flash Sales, short-term campaigns, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Boxing Week promotions.
How to request a price match
To price match before or after your purchase please contact us HERE or live chat at FixMyToys.com. If price matching is being done after purchase we will refund the difference back on your original payment method only. We retain the right to refuse any price match or purchase for any reason.
