Shipping & Return Policy

Most items ship within 1 business day if said item is in stock, however we ask that you allow up to 3 business days for the order to ship from our warehouse. From time to time, if your order contains an item that is out of stock, it may take more than 3 business days to process and ship. Customers will receive E-mail confirmation along with tracking information as soon as your order processes and ships. We charge a flat rate shipping of $8.95 on all website purchases.

Order returns are accepted within 60 days of confirmed delivery date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in resalable condition or are subject to said restocking fee. Return packages must have a copy of the original packing slip accompanying it, as this acts as your return authorization. All electrical parts are NOT returnable. The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs and therefore won’t be reimbursed.

Customers are welcome to exchange without any restocking fees associated with the process. The item(s) must be in resalable condition. If there is any price difference, you will either be contacted to collect any remaining balance or refunded the difference if the item you are exchanging costs less.

Item Warranty
To be eligible for a manufacturer’s warranty, the item must be installed by a certified professional. Any item’s self-installed will be done so at your own risk and may void any chance at a manufacturer’s warranty. Oversize Item Shipping
All oversize items are charged the same as any sized item for shipping. A flat rate shipping cost of $8.95 will be applied at the checkout.

Freight Shipments & Damages
For residential deliveries, the chosen trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment which will be at customer’s convenience. Once your shipment arrives from the trucking company, DO NOT sign anything until you have completely inspected your order. Once you sign the paperwork, the customer is signing off that the product is not damaged and has arrived as expected. In the unlikely event of item(s) arriving damaged, please notify the driver and ensure that they file the correct paperwork initiating a damage claim. Contact FixMyToys customer support team if a damage claim is filed so we can follow up with our shipping company to help get you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations or Changes
For whatever reason, if you decide that you no longer need the item that was originally purchased, we will do our very best to make any requested changes to the order. We understand that situations arise where you will no longer need the item. Once an item has been processed and a tracking number is associated with it, we can no longer cancel or change the order. FixMyToys reserves the right to process an order cancellation at any time. Some situations that may result in the canceled order:

  1. Limited quantities
  2. Inaccuracies in pricing or errors within the item listing
  3. Issues with credit card acceptance
  4. Prolonged backorders or supply chain delays by manufacturer

We will contact you via E-mail if any part of your order has been cancelled or if we need additional information to process the order.

Superseded Parts
From time to time, manufacturers update outdated parts to new part numbers. Superseded parts are direct substitutions for the old part number and can sometimes include an upgrade to the original design. Superseded parts are in accordance with the specifications of the original and are equivalent in fit and function to the original part number.

Payment Terms & Sales Tax
Payment will be processed before the order is confirmed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as forms of payment. Orders shipped within the state of Michigan will have 6% sales tax applied to the order.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, inclusions or other errors on our web pages. All the information is direct from our manufacturers and cannot be held liable for any of their errors. Pricing can fluctuate from time to time, we do not have a pricing guarantee and cannot revert to any previous pricing due to map policies on a majority of our listings.
