Shipping Policy 

Shipments to United States

All products advertised in our online store are in-stock and ready to ship unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Our warehouse is located in Michigan, United States. Shipping normally occurs within the same day on all orders prior to 3:00 PM EST. Products that show a longer shipment lead time than 1-2 days are special order items and typically will range from 4-7 days. We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and R&L Carriers.

Orders that exceed $49.00 ship free within the lower 48 states. Please contact customer support if you wish to place a special order for a Hawaii or Alaska address. If your shopping cart is under $49.00, a shipping fee of $8.95 will be added to the order.

Shipments to Canada

At this time, we "FixMyToys" are not offering international shipping to Canada through our online store. If you would like to place a special order, please contact customer support.
 

International Shipping

At this time, we "FixMyToys" are not offering international shipping outside of the U.S or Canada through our online store. If you would like to place a special order, please contact customer support.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After an order is placed, you will receive an email that confirms your recent purchase. You will also find a tracking number to see the progress of shipment from our warehouse, in route with the carrier and finally delivery to your doorstep. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer support.

Damaged Items

We "FixMyToys" are not liable for any damaged products during the shipping process. If you received a damaged item, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to take images and keep the damaged parcel and item to best file a claim. We are happy to assist in this process if any troubles occur.
