At FixMyToys.com, we offer a 60 day guaranteed return policy to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied and confident with every single purchase. We understand that things don't always go as planned and it's important that the return process is straight forward and hassle free. 

Did you accidentally order the wrong part for your machine? Did you change your mind after placing an order? Maybe the jacket you were excited about didn't fit as planned. Don't worry, we offer 60 days from the purchase date to return your items for a refund. 

Normally, items attempted to be returned after 60 days won't be accepted. Please contact our customer support team, we will do our best to see if a store credit can be issued as an alternative option.

Initiate a Return Request

In order to get started, you will need have your order number and email address that was associated with the purchase. Click on the button below to begin the return process, this takes no more than 2-3 minutes to submit the required information. Once the request is sent, our customer support team will look over the details within 24 hours. A representative may reach out for additional information if needed to help aid with the return process. 

If the return request is denied, our customer support team will respond via email with an explanation. 

If the return request is approved, the return instructions will be emailed to you.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to (7) days after receiving the items to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing days to appear on your credit card statement depending on the credit card company. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.     

Special Cases

Warranty Claims - In order to submit a warranty claim for a defective part, we ask that you reach our customer support team here "Contact Us" with additional details. We will need your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for which the item was purchased for. We will also need to know the mileage / hours currently on the vehicle. Finally, we will need to know that the issues are with the part along with a few images. Warranty claims may take up to 6 weeks to complete. Please keep in mind that warranty claims are handled solely by the manufacturers, and FixMyToys.com helps with the process so you don't have to deal with that. 

Damaged Items - While we try our best to make sure your part or accessory makes it to you safe and sound, that's not always the case. If you receive a damaged parts, please initiate a return above, however we will need images of the damaged part(s) as well as packaging. This will help assist our team in getting your issues resolved more quickly. 

Electrical Items - We do not accept returns on electrical items which includes any part or accessory powered by electricity. This consists of an enclosure, a variety of electrical components and often a power switch. Some examples include: Batteries, Ignition Switches, Sensors, etc...
