Return Policy:

Items purchased at may be returned for up to 60 days after the original delivery date. All products must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn, show wear from installation, or items damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return. We do not accept returns on electrical powered items which include but are not limited to batteries, enclosures, switches, and electrical components.


At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. To ensure that you get the new product while it's in stock, simply create a new order for the correct item at Please note that you will be charged for both items until the original is returned to us in sellable condition.

Return shipping and processing can take up to 15 days and your refunds may take an additional 1-2 business days to show up depending on the credit card company. We will send you a return confirmation email once we have processed your return.

Warranty Claims:

We are here to help! All warranty claims are managed by the manufacturers, but we will assist in making sure the process is as easy for you as possible.

To submit a warranty claim for a defective part, please submit a request on our "Contact Us" page. In the "Questions" field be sure to include the below information:
                   •  The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the vehicle for which the item was purchased for.
                   •  The mileage / hours currently on the vehicle.
                   •  Name of the item you want to warranty and a description of the issues
                   •  Please include images of the item showing the defect.

Please keep in mind claims may take up to 6 weeks to complete and all warranty decisions are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
